Common questions about our pricing and plans
How are on-call members counted?
On-call members are counted based on the number of unique users who have been scheduled for at least one on-call shift during the billing period. Users who are only viewing schedules or managing settings don't count toward your plan limit.
What happens if I exceed 2 on-call members on the Free plan?
If you need more than 2 on-call members, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan. Your existing data and configuration will be preserved. You can continue using the platform in read-only mode until you upgrade.
Can I customize rules to match our collective agreement or company policy?
Yes. The Pro plan allows you to configure compensation rules for nights, weekends, holidays, and callbacks with custom multipliers or flat-rate bonuses. For complex or multi-country requirements, the Enterprise plan includes dedicated support to configure custom rules tailored to your needs.
How does the payroll export work?
You can export on-call data in CSV or Excel format at any time. Exports include employee details, dates, hours, compensation types, and calculated amounts. The format is designed to be compatible with most payroll systems. Enterprise customers can access pre-built connectors for major HRIS platforms.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan is limited to 2 on-call members and 1 integration, with basic compensation rules and CSV export. Pro unlocks unlimited integrations, advanced rules (nights, weekends, holidays, callbacks), enriched payroll exports, HR & Finance reporting, and email support.
